Ray’s extensive experience with private and public companies makes him well versed in all aspects of corporate management with special emphasis on product development, procurement, manufacturing, sales and marketing, corporate administration, information systems and finance. Ray holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Maine and graduated with honors from Southern New Hampshire University with a Master of Business Administration in Management.

Christian has collaborated with several universities and research centers in researching raw botanical ingredients and serves as chief science officer for Stemtech.

Prior to co-founding Stemtech, Christian served as the director of research and development at Cell Tech International and Desert Lake Technologies. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Neurophysiology from McGill University, Montreal, and a Masters from the Department of Neurology and Neurosurgery from the Montreal Neurological Institute at McGill University.

Prior to joining Stemtech, John served as regional operations manager for Shaklee Corporation. Other notable industry experience includes a stint as vice president of logistics for MXM Essential Formulas and the role of vice president of logistics for Arbonne, where he re-engineered logistics operations, planned a new state-of-the-art distribution facility, implemented new software systems and handled all transportation for a company experiencing massive growth. John earned both a bachelor’s and a master’s degree from the University of San Francisco.

Prior to his role with Stemtech, Andy headed Western and Eastern European operations for Herbalife, Jeunique, Nutri-metrics and Excel Communications.

Other notable experience includes a stint as a board member and owner of a publicly traded direct sales firm in Great Britain, which he helped turn profitable and sold. Andy is an accomplished public speaker and a world class sailor. He is fluent in English and Russian.

Don holds an MBA from Lehigh University’s College of Business and Economics in Pennsylvania; and is a contributing writer for Networking Times. Home to South Orange County, Calif., Don and his wife, Miriam, have five grown children.

Errol demonstrates expertise as a primary field leader and has established offices for two international companies.

Prior to his current role with Stemtech, Errol held the position of executive vice president for AIM International where he was responsible for overseeing worldwide distributor relations and conducting regional training events. Other notable experience includes a stint as general manager of South African operations for Sportron International. Errol holds a degree in marketing. He has permanent resident status in the United States, where he lives with his wife, a university professor.

Prior to his current position with Stemtech, Jonathan served as a bank officer. He later left banking to become a sought-after consultant in the Asia-Pacific region for many large companies, including Amway, Tupperware and Hitachi. Other notable experience includes his involvement as an owner and senior executive of several direct selling companies that distribute nutritional products, including Viva LifeSciences and New Health International. Jonathan earned a Masters in Business Administration from the University of California, Los Angeles and is fluent in English, Chinese, Malay and Indonesian.

She is recognized as an international expert in the fields of nutrition, sports nutrition and wellness. Heather is a sought-after speaker and a published author of magazines, books and training manuals. Heather has advised elite athletes around the world, including athletes with the Olympics, NBA, FIBA, IHL, PGA, and numerous additional elite professional athletes.

Prior to her role at Stemtech, Heather served as Vice President of international training for Herbalife International and was a key member of the Scientific Advisory Board. Additionally, Heather was the International Nutrition Trainer for the Nutrilite brand of Amway and Program Manager for LIVE FOR LIFE, a wellness program for Johnson & Johnson. Heather holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of California with an emphasis in sports nutrition, physiology and rehabilitation and a Master's of Science degree with an emphasis on human nutrition, public health and exercise physiology from the University of Michigan.

Her experience includes research in the development of new products, quality control and statistics, and the practice of complementary therapies including acupuncture, Chinese medicine, hydro-colonic therapy and bio-magnetic pairing.

Recently the owner of a respected Wellness Center in Las Vegas, NV, Paola began working as Product Trainer with Stemtech’s Latin American division in 2009, developing effective field product training programs that helped to spur growth in these markets. She holds a Master of Science degree in pharmacology with undergraduate emphasis in biochemistry, quality control and statistics from Argentina’s University of San Luis, and is currently completing thesis work for an additional post-graduate degree in nutrition through the International Master Program of Spain’s University of Leon.

Ruud is a Dutch registered CPA and holds an MBA. He received a Postgraduate Degree in Accounting as well as a Masters in Economics from the Vrije Universiteit in Amsterdam, the Netherlands.

Ruud serves on the Board of Directors of the DSLA, a school for children to learn the Dutch language in Southern California. He is married and has two children.

Prior to his role as director of information technology with Stemtech, George worked as a programmer and designer for Nexgenix, Inc., a large consulting company based in the U.S., where he worked on large-scale business-to-consumer projects with Southern California Gas and Thirsty.com. Other notable experience includes his time spent as the president of an international online gaming company with a world-wide customer base. George holds a Bachelor of Science in Information and Computer Science from the University of California, Irvine. He is bilingual in English and Armenian.

Prior to her current role with Stemtech, Brianne was responsible for overseeing six health clubs in the Greater Los Angeles area. Her district was ranked first in California among over 40 locations. Other notable experience includes her stint as customer service manager for a Los Angeles-based direct selling company that marketed consumer health care products. She also assisted with the creation of an Arizona-based direct selling venture in which she selected vendors and software systems while managing customer service and data entry.
